My main goal every class is to provide one huge sweat party, so you leave the room energized and filled with endorphins. My classes will push your cardiovascular system to the limits, but I promise you will have fun while doing it.
The class consists of three different blocks and always includes a warm up, breaks in between and a cool down.
We are using the IntelligentCycling app during the classes - so always bring your phone. We will be exploring both heavier drives, hills and sprints.
I like including music themes into my classes (and perhaps a bit of dressing up every now and then) - just to spice things up! My favorite music includes pop remixes and up beat EDM music, but I am welcoming any music suggestions. Everyone can join this party, regardless of their level of fitness - it will be a blast!
