Styrkeløft med Frederik

Styrkeløft holdet er for alle der gerne vil prøve kræfter med- eller ønsker at forbedre beherskelsen af den korrekte teknik for ”de tre store” – squat, dødløft og bænkpres.

Squat: In the Squat workshop we are working with technuque effciency and what an acceptable squat is regarding the international powerlifting fedeation's ruleset (Depth and movement pattern). Also, general programming approaches and the mindset around traning for strengh will be touched upon, including a modern scientific take on old injury beliefs.

Bench: In the Bench workshop we are working with technuque effciency and what an acceptable bench is regarding the international powerlifting fedeation's ruleset (top and bottom pause, mocement pattern). Also, general programming approaches and the mindset around traning for strengh will be touched upon.

Deadlift: In the deadlift workshop we are working with technuque effciency and what an acceptable squat is regarding the international powerlifting fedeation's ruleset (Sumo, conventional, movement pattern)). Also, general programming approaches and the mindset around traning for strengh will be touched upon, including a modern scientific take on old injury beliefs.
