In general
An SDU Fitness membership gives the member unlimited access to the center during business hours. The membership is personal and cannot be used by others. Upon registration, we will save a photo along with personal information for identification purposes. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that SDU Fitness always has the correct information.
Student ID / Employee ID
Your membership card (student ID) is required for entry. You must always bring your card with you and have it scanned upon arrival.
NOTE: Misuse of the card will result in a fee of 500 DKK.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment is made via Betalingsservice (PBS). A fee of 7 DKK is charged per transaction. For cash memberships, payment is due in full in advance for the entire period.
Notice of termination may be given with one month's notice, effective at the end of the month. This must be done in person at the front desk or via the contact form.
Team Practice & Cancellations
You can sign up for classes on our website or at the center. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class starts. Failure to show up without canceling will result in a fee of 25 DKK for PBS members and a 3-day suspension for cash memberships.
