Pilates with Marie

In pilates for beginners we will focus on exercises to improve strength, stability, coordination and movements. Especially strengthening your core will be the focus.
Pilates is for everyone. There are many changes to the different exercises, so everyone can join in. Even if you have problems with your back, knees or the like, the exercises can be changed to the individual and you will be guided safely through them all.
This is a type of training that is good if you are new to pilates and/or you experience physical impairments and need a gentle type of training.
Some teams will use different types of equipment and all pilates teams will end up with a little relaxation of the body.
