Our yoga classes are for anyone looking for a space of relaxation and self-care. You can join regardless of your fitness level and flexibility, as the focus is simply to be with your body and give it some healthy movements. All yoga poses can be adjusted to your personal preferences. I like to come up with a theme that each practice revolves around - sometimes it's a specific body part, sometimes a word that resonates with the exercises we do - resulting in a mix of slow, cozy sessions, and more dynamic and exciting classes 🙂
