You just need to bring suitable clothes that you can move in and indoor shoes. Of course, also lots of energy and a smile.

Note: Always remember to print the check-in receipt on the attendance screen more than 5 minutes before the start of the team!

Yes, all our classes are included in the membership price

What to do about classes if I’m sick or can’t join anyway? Anyone can get sick or change plans, why you are welcome to cancel a class. This must however be done no later than two hours before the class begin. It can be done via the online booking page, the check-in computer in the reception area, or by contacting the reception staff.

You will be charged a fee of DKK 25,- if cancellation is not done in time.

We have a "first come, first served" principle. This means that it is possible to join a maximum of 6 classes at a time. In this way, we ensure that as many members as possible have the opportunity to participate in the classes.

You can book classes up to 3 weeks ahead.
