Powerlifting with Frederik

The powerlifting class is for everyone that would like to try out or get better at mastering the correct technique for “the big 3” - squat, deadlift and bench press.

Squat: In the Squat workshop we are working with technuque effciency and what an acceptable squat is regarding the international powerlifting federation's ruleset (Depth and movement pattern). Also, general programming approaches and the mindset around traning for strengh will be touched upon, including a modern scientific take on old injury beliefs.

Bench: In the Bench workshop we are working with technuque effciency and what an acceptable bench is regarding the international powerlifting federation's ruleset (top and bottom pause, mocement pattern). Also, general programming approaches and the mindset around traning for strengh will be touched upon.

Deadlift: In the deadlift workshop we are working with technuque effciency and what an acceptable squat is regarding the international powerlifting fedeation's ruleset (Sumo, conventional, movement pattern)). Also, general programming approaches and the mindset around traning for strengh will be touched upon, including a modern scientific take on old injury beliefs.
