Fitness Boksning med Mathilde
Joining a fitness boxing class with Mathilde, you will get to try various different punches and exercises from the world of boxing combined with elements from cardio-, coordination- and strength training. You will be guaranteed variety, a high heart rate and sweaty t-shirt in every class.
All fitness and boxing levels are welcome - all the correct boxing techniques will be explained at the beginning of every class so that everyone feels comfortable once we move on to pad-work and punching bags. Difficulty will be adjusted to the individual’s starting point, so that everyone gets to develop their skills.
If you are up for an intense and high-pace workout, where you will get to throw a lot of punches, this class is for you! Be prepared to be challenged on both strength, fitness, balance, motor skills, coordination skills and psyche.
