Fitness Boxing with Elise

If you participate in a fitness boxing class with Elise, you'll get to try different punches and exercises from the world of boxing combined with elements from cardio, coordination and strength training. You'll be guaranteed variety, a high heart rate and a sweaty t-shirt in every class.

All fitness and boxing levels are welcome - all the correct boxing techniques will be explained at the beginning of each class so everyone feels comfortable when we move on to pad work and punching bags. Difficulty levels will be adapted to each individual's starting point so that everyone can develop their skills.

If you're looking for an intense, fast-paced workout where you'll be throwing a lot of punches, this class is for you! Be prepared to be challenged on strength, fitness, balance, motor skills, coordination skills and mindset.
